About this work
This geometric composition brings together a seated figure, a bowl of fruit and vessels beneath three arches opening onto buildings and slender trees. Cream, ochre, green and muted rose interlock in textured, angular shapes, giving the scene a warm, contemplative rhythm. It suits dining rooms, living rooms and reading corners with an interest in figurative abstraction.
