Prints and décor
Return within 7 days of delivery, in the original packaging, for a refund of the price paid. Return shipping is yours unless the work arrived damaged or was not what was described.
Originals
Handled separately and by conversation. An original is one object and a return takes it off the wall for weeks, so tell us early if it is wrong. Where a return is agreed, the work must come back crated in its original packaging.
Commissions
A commission is made for you and is not returnable once approved and begun. That is why the concept stage exists, and why the deposit is refunded in full if you decline the concept.
Damaged in transit
Photograph it before unpacking further and tell us within 48 hours. Everything is insured; you are not out of pocket.
